>Micéal Chamberlain founded Historic Homes in 1989, with the intention that his team’s in-house expertise in residential renovation, restoration and building would make Historic Homes a wholly unique resource for owners and purchasers of exceptional homes and estates. Today, Under Micéal’s direction, Historic Homes’ annual high-end property sales regularly surpass all local competitors on a per-broker basis. A native of County Clare Ireland and a graduate of Babson College with a degree in Marketing and Management, Micéal started his career with the New England Patriots where he served as Marketing/Promotions Director and later as President of the Stadium Company. Prior to founding Historic Homes, he worked with a design/build company specializing in residential restoration and space design. Historic Homes is one of the few independently owned residential real estate companies today. Their success is attributed to strong community roots, discreet, conscientious attention from senior personnel, and a scholarly understanding of the local market in Brookline, Newton, and the greater Boston area.
